Sam Chung began his career in real estate in 1979 as a salesperson.  His first deal was a six-unit apartment and, within a year, he became a top salesperson.  In 1981, he founded A-ju Realty, Inc.  For the last 35 years, he has led A-ju Realty through not only several real estate cycles but also historic events such as the Los Angeles riots.

He currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of A-ju Realty.  He is also a California Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE) licensed broker.

Mr. Chung values giving back to society, especially the Los Angeles Korean community that has supported him.  He has donated to the Korean American National Museum, and has been featured in publications such as the Korea Times.
